Hello! I'm new to this site, and I'm looking forward to making some of these beautiful cookies! You always learn something new, I guess, I have been applying royal icing to cookies with a pastry bag, I never even thought of a brush! Boy, do I feel stupid! But then again, if I knew it all, I wouldn't be here, would I? :D
I can't wait for a day off work to get started, I just recieved some great cookie cutters from Fancy Flours, so it's time to show these cookies who's boss! ;)

Hi Karen,
Thank you so much for all the great information. Â You completely answered
all my questions, and so very promptly.
I had tried to make cutout cookies before with little luck. Â After finding
your website, I was a success! Â You explain the whole process in just the
"language" I can understand and use.
Thanks again,
Jane
I just got an email on a new snowflake cupcake… how do I get to it.
I’m at the Premium Videos and only see Valentine video.
I’m very confused by this new website you’ve created.
What brand gel colors do you use to color your icing?
I use AmeriColor brand gels. I love them.
Karen
I really enjoy watching your techniques! Simple, fun and not to mention how professional they come out! Thanks!
Use the scroll bar on the right side of the video gallery to see all of the videos!
I love you videos! Can you tell me on the ice cream cone if you painted on a base layer before doing the detail work on the cone?
Thanks!
When you use the squeeze bottles is the tip actually touching the cookie? Thanks.
No, I don’t touch the tip to the cookie. Squeeze bottles are a great way to decorate a cookie quickly and you can get smoother, thinner lines with a squeeze bottle than with a paint brush.
i love this website!!!!!!!!!!!!
